At AD Tech Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your new device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AD Tech account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
